Being a part of our local community (and the entire state) is important to our team and our ideals here at Grand Event Rentals. In the Summer of 2018, we were able to do just that by being a preferred vendor at Capital Hill’s Ground Breaking event, where city council members came together to ‘break ground’ on a special community project. Local vendors showcased their goods and the community residents listened to live music and speeches throughout the afternoon!
Grand Event Rentals was honored to participate and provide rentals for this historic event – Our large WeatherMax tents provided guests shade during the sunny afternoon. Our white chairs provided seats for some of our state’s most important council members. Our large easels showcased the important images for future planning, and our tables and beautiful linens allowed local vendors to greet guests and sell their products during the event.
